Lips + Cheekbones - digital portrait

It is my 4th attempt to digital art, three other look like Sims. This piece took me about 10 hrs, I worked with Photoshop CS6 and without any graphic tablet, only with mouse. Also this is what makes me so proud, because I managed to paint something that looks like a human being without the possibility to work with pressure.
